Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days to return your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

– Unused and in the original packaging they were received.
– In the original postage box to prevent damage upon shipping.
– Unopened – unless the product itself is faulty.
– Purchased from and accompanied by a proof of purchase

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (including but not limited to):
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
– Items requiring refund due to customer error (e.g. Incorrect item ordered, subscription renewal not cancelled)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
To make sure that your return reaches us safely, we will not be held liable for any missing untrackable returns.

These terms do not affect our 60 day product guarantee. For further information about our 60 day product guarantee please click here.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
