All orders placed before 5pm Monday – Friday are shipped out the same day.
All orders placed after 5pm or on the weekend or public holdays will be dispatched the next working day.
Please be aware deliveries may be delayed around Black Friday and Christmas due to increased demand.
3-5 Working Days – May experience delays due to high volumes.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays.
Orders can occasionally be delivered on weekends.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We’re still a small team and although we try super hard to get everything shipped out as soon as possible, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially with the current post-covid delays becoming regular courier issues.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
